Support of military operational commands often involves issues with grave consequences. DAC provides the warfighter with a wide range of services in support of their real world missions and corresponding training needs. At the high end, we provide critical assistance to combatant commands and defense agencies in resolving mission essential issues to include strategies, planning and resourcing. Our multi-dimensional capabilities extend to direct support for warfighter personnel of all services and command levels. BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING

We have many years of experience in analyzing the multifaceted issues involved with reorganizations and mergers. We interpret the results of these analyses to enable our clients to more efficiently align and integrate diverse functional elements. We are experts at providing mechanisms and processes to align management responsibilities and procedures to ensure efficient and effective results.

We respond to worldwide contingencies, developing solutions that coordinate down links of commercial satellite imagery, facilitate information linkage in support of disaster relief operations, as we did in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and integrate Geospatial Intelligence products to support military combat operations.

OPERATIONAL PLANNING

Our insight, knowledge, skill and sensitivity to user needs are the reasons why we are consistently requested to address complex strategic planning issues for the warfighter. We have developed plans for the Army Forces Strategic Command in highly technical fields such as Measurement and Signatures Intelligence and Space Force Enhancement which demonstrates our versatility in solving the difficult issues associated with these extremely complex arenas.

TRAINING AND EXERCISE SUPPORT

The various geographic combatant commands have a constant need for expert solutions to streamline and improve a broad range of training-related issues. Our military clients rely on us to provide expert integration and synchronization of training requirements along with corresponding methodologies for training and certification. We are regularly consulted to review warfighter training needs in order to assimilate exercise requirements, assist in the conduct of the exercise and document exercise results. Our Program Analysis efforts include developing mechanisms to thoroughly understand and quantify complex management problems and to determine the best solution compliant with the needs of our clients.

We provide concise and actionable goals, objectives, strategies, milestones and metrics based on measurable performance parameters that enable our clients to improve performance. We often assist our clients to follow their planning process through execution DAC plays a critical role in supporting the Joint National Integration Center (JNIC) providing state-of-the-art capability for Ballistic & Theater missile air defense testing, modeling, simulation and analysis.
